To schedule or cancel medical appointments, please visit or call 270-798-4677 (HOSP) or 931-431-4677 or 866-524-4677. The Appointment Line Call Center is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If you will not be able to make it to a scheduled appointment, please cancel at least two hours in advance so another patient may take advantage of the available time. Appointments may be canceled online at or by calling the Appointment Line Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

To cancel an appointment after hours and on weekends, please call 270-798-8643 (VOID). You will need to leave a message with the patient's first and last name and their social security number.

Standards of Care

Blanchfield Army Community Hospital BACH Enrollment - Open for Family enrollment within a 30 minute drive time. All active duty service members are assigned to a troop medical clinic upon arrival to Fort Campbell.

Protect Your Child from Rotavirus Disease

Rotavirus can cause severe diarrhea in young children. They can get very dehydrated and need to be hospitalized. Rotavirus spreads easily. Parents can protect their children by making sure they are vaccinated with rotavirus vaccine. (More)

Blanchfield Army Community HospitalNew Mothers who deliver at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital will receive two mother's copies of their newborn birth certificate in the mail approximately 10-12 days after mother's discharge from BACH (good for 60 days).

The BACH Patient Administration Division will enroll your newborn in DEERS and TRICARE during this period unless both parents are in the military. BACH's team is unable to enroll dual military Families' newborns in DEERS or TRICARE. Dual military Families will need to ensure their newborn is enrolled in both DEERS and TRICARE.

Mumps is a contagious disease that can cause serious complications. You can protect your child from mumps by vaccinating on time. Check your child's medical records to see if vaccinations are up to date. (More)

This group email forwards your email to local MTF personnel on the distribution list, giving multiple Beneficiary Councelors and Debt Collection Assistance Officers an opportunity to receive questions from beneficiaries.
