To schedule or cancel medical appointments, please visit www.TRICAREonline.com or call 270-798-4677 (HOSP) or 931-431-4677 or 866-524-4677. The Appointment Line Call Center is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If you will not be able to make it to a scheduled appointment, please cancel at least two hours in advance so another patient may take advantage of the available time. Appointments may be canceled online at www.TRICAREonline.com or by calling the Appointment Line Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

To cancel an appointment after hours and on weekends, please call 270-798-8643 (VOID). You will need to leave a message with the patient's first and last name and their social security number.


Blanchfield Army Community HospitalNew Mothers who deliver at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital will receive two mother's copies of their newborn birth certificate in the mail approximately 10-12 days after mother's discharge from BACH (good for 60 days).

The BACH Patient Administration Division will enroll your newborn in DEERS and TRICARE during this period unless both parents are in the military. BACH's team is unable to enroll dual military Families' newborns in DEERS or TRICARE. Dual military Families will need to ensure their newborn is enrolled in both DEERS and TRICARE.

Army Provider Satisfaction Survey (APLSS)

The APLSS survey asks randomly-selected patients for information about their visit such as provider communication, access, facility cleanliness, and staff courtesy. Patients receive letters by mail and provider scores are reported monthly to the command.
