Main Outpatient Pharmacy


The Main Outpatient Pharmacy is a full service operation for new prescriptions from military or civilian providers. All refill requests must be called in at 798-DRUG (3784) and may be picked up two working days later at the Town Center Pharmacy, located adjacent to Military Clothing and Sales on Michigan Ave. Phone: (270) 798-8075/8076, Option 2 Location: BACH “B” Building, 1st Floor Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., except Thursday when the pharmacy opens at 9 a.m. to allow time for staff training.

Town Center Pharmacy

The Town Center Pharmacy is a full service operation for new prescriptions from military or civilian providers as well as refill pick up. All refill requests must be called in at 798-DRUG (3784) and may be picked up two working days later at the Town Center Pharmacy. Phone: (270) 798-8075/8076, Option 3 Location: Building 98A, adjacent to Military Clothing Sales on Michigan Avenue Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., except Thursday when the pharmacy opens at 9 a.m. to allow time for staff training. Saturday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

NOTE: To ensure all prescriptions may be filled, the last new prescription ticket will be given 15 minutes prior to closing. Dropped off and refill ticket pick up tickets will be given until closing time.

LaPointe Pharmacy

The LaPointe Pharmacy fills new prescriptions for active duty Soldiers only. Any formulary medication not stocked at the LaPointe Pharmacy may still be obtained at the Main Outpatient Pharmacy or Town Center Pharmacy. All refill requests must be called in at 798-DRUG (3784) and may be picked up two working days later at the Town Center Pharmacy, located adjacent to Military Clothing and Sales on Michigan Ave. Center Pharmacy. Phone: (270) 412-PILL (7455) Location: LaPointe Health Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Byrd Pharmacy

The Byrd Pharmacy is a full service pharmacy that fills new prescriptions for enrolled beneficiaries only. Any formulary medication not stocked at the Byrd Pharmacy may still be obtained at the Main Outpatient Pharmacy or Town Center Pharmacy. All refill requests must be called in at 798-DRUG (3784) and may be picked up two working days later at the Town Center Pharmacy, located adjacent to Military Clothing and Sales on Michigan Ave. Phone: (270) 461-1280 Location: Building 7973 Thunder Blvd., near Gate 10 Hours: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Screaming Eagle Pharmacy

The Screaming Eagle Pharmacy is a full service pharmacy that fills new prescriptions for enrolled beneficiaries only. All refill requests must be called in at 798-DRUG (3784) and may be picked up two working days later at the Town Center Pharmacy, located adjacent to Military Clothing and Sales on Michigan Avenue. Location: Medical Office Building One, 647 Dunlop Lane, Suite 301, near Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville, TN Hours: Monday-Friday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m., closed 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

Refill Prescription Options

For your convenience, we offer three ways to refill prescriptions.

Phone: Please call the automated Prescription Refill Line at (270) 798-DRUG (3784). Refills will be filled and ready to be picked up two working days later at the Town Center Pharmacy, located adjacent to Military Clothing Sales on Michigan Ave.

Mail: Prescription refill request cards are available at all BACH Pharmacy windows. For your convenience, the mail-in card has a space for patients to designate their preferred pick up date.

Online: Requests may be submitted at the BACH Online Pharmacy Refill Request Website.

Note: The patient does not need to be present to pick up a prescription however, their designee needs to bring the patient's military identification card or a copy (front and back) to verify eligibility. Refills that have not been picked up within 10 days will be returned to stock, and a new request must be submitted.
